A Feldenkrais Method class offers a great opportunity to slow down and turn your attention inwards, make yourself the centre of attention for an hour and learn some valuable tools for self care. In this class we will make a habit of doing less, trend towards softness, and inner stillness. With a focus on slow gentle movement, and lessons designed to help regulate your nervous system.
